STOP taking OUR children – ALL children belong under the protective umbrella of loving parents.
The normal chain of events thereafter would be the traumatized children, farmed out to foster care after being ripped from their home and family, would languish in the system for years to come, while the parents jumped through hoola hoops every waking moment of their lives to get them back. Often times these children would be permanently adopted out to strangers despite parents doing everything they knew to keep their own children, and remain in their lives, in a hopeless battle against the taxpayer funded Goliath that had other plans, and all the power.
In every case across the country where children are taken by the state, there is a mandatory hearing a few days after the children have been kidnapped, where the parents, usually with what is called a public “pretender”, go to court to attempt to prove their children should not have been taken. If they can do that, the children should be returned that day, but very, very rarely does it happen even when there is absolutely no reason or proof for the children to have been taken in the first place. The Rengos, however, did get their children back on that day, (a packed courtroom, and national outrage can do that).
But the judge in the Rengo case, obviously yielding to public pressure and a nation watching, to return the children to the parents, had to justify what had gone on to take these children in the first place. Due to public exposure, things weren’t going as planned, or as usual, so he returned them, while completely siding with CPS in their removal. Therefore, he set extraneous conditions under which the Rengo family was to live and raise their children from that day forward, if they wished to keep their own kids. And so the Rengo’s ability to thrive as a family and move about the country as they saw fit was all reduced to meeting the court imposed conditions under which they now had to live, in all likelihood, forever. Once you’re in the system, they never let you go, and as foster children, you then become a target as parents, because, after all, you were traumatized and abused when in the state care, so the cycle repeats itself.
The Rengo family’s interaction with CPS came after a blissful home birth of twins, because a neighbor called in their concerns of the home birth. This all occurred at the same time, and in the same state the Rengos hailed from, Washington, where headlines read that the state had just agreed to pay a $2.5 million settlement to a former foster child. She was put in the care of a convicted child abuser and was raped from age 5 until she graduated from High School. http://dnews.com/news_ap/washington/washington-agrees-to-pay-million-to-former-foster-child/article_f4aae814-0670-5c72-b018-e4c72076265a.html
Subsequent to the Rengos getting their kids back, they stayed out of the news for a period after their initial involvement with CPS, but all knew they were under the constant and tyrannical thumb of a regime that would never again leave them alone. The next news the public would hear of the family was that of a Washington couple who fled that state to avert their 3 young children being put back in foster care. http://www.king5.com/story/news/local/bellingham/2015/02/05/missing-bellingham-parents-spotted-in-california/22919021/ While all in the know prayed for this family’s safety and escape, most knew it was just a matter of time before they would be found and their children again taken from them. They were picked up by police in California.
It was said by Washington police at that time, that the Rengos “lost custody of their twin babies and toddler because of serious health concerns raised by Child Protective Services”. Those familiar with the story, would contest that there were any “serious” health concerns at all, but as the story below bares out, that would change dramatically when the kids were taken into state custody. The Rengos would now become another tragic story where a family will be destroyed by government over-reach and intervention, happening everyday, in all states, all across the country. At 3 p.m., Carey Rengo was playing with her toddler son in the gas station’s parking lot when the California police moved in to take them. “I made these children with my womb,” Carey told KSBW. . .” http://www.ksbw.com/news/central-california/santa-cruz/3-abducted-washington-children-seen-in-aptos-police-say/31115924 While being dragged kicking and screaming as her children were again taken from her, again, Carey [Rengo] told a KSBW cameraman:
After that things went quiet for months until this week when we learn what those familiar with the system know all too well. Medical Kidnap updates what is going on . . .

“There is no system ever devised by mankind that is guaranteed to rip husband and wife or father, mother and child apart so bitterly than our present Family Court System.”

The Rengos are likely not the perfect couple to be held up under a microscope, but few parents are. They have likely made some mistakes along the road called life, but few people don’t. And today they are in a battle hundreds of thousands of children and families across the country are in: Fighting for their right to be with and parent their own children, against all the odds and with the unlimited resources of the government stacked against them. This is happening across America, and too few people are paying attention.
This frightening scenario has moved up the ranks from the targeted poor and illiterate that were easy prey for the government who knew these families stood no chance of ever prevailing to get their own kids back from them, to middle class America.
The Pelletiers, the most renown case of middle class America, fought to get their daughter back from a medical kidnap, i.e., a dispute with doctors over the care of their child. They saw the return of their daughter some 16 months later, and only because of massive public outcry. At the very time national attention was focused on freeing Justina from the vice grips of Boston Children’s Hospital, and DCF, Baby Bella was taken from the same: Another Boston Children’s Hospital Kidnapping
In another state, Isaiah Rider’s mother lost her rights to her 17-year old son from when she took him out of state to Lurie Children’s Hospital. He was taken into state custody because she asked for a second opinion. Like Justina, Baby Bella, and Isaiah, all these children were taken by Children’s Hospital from other states in which they did not reside. CPS/DCS/DCF, whatever alphabet soup initials are used to name the so called “child protection agencies” who collaborate with these hospitals to take people’s children from their parents make it all the more challenging for these parents to meet their demands when they have travel hundreds of miles just to see their own children. No consideration is provided these parents, even when they have to travel 23 hours for a one hour “supervised” visit, like in the case of Baby Bella who is from Alabama but was kidnapped in Massachusetts.
It’s all so barbaric and draconian, but no one wants to believe it is going on to the extent it is, and to the degree to which it is harming children and families across the country.
Isaiah, like most others, has suffered the unthinkable under state care. He is now in serious crisis and pain and needs medical attention, but the state of Illinois dictates what this Missouri resident can and can’t do, and he is denied getting help where help might be attained: Isaiah Rider speaks out on DCFS URGENT UPDATE: Need everyone in the country to PRAY for what the state of Illinois is doing to Isaiah Rider RIGHT NOW! There is a war on families, and it is being fought in the shadows so that the average person knows nothing of what it going on.
Please familiarize yourself with how much this is occurring and continue to follow the many similar stories occurring every day, across the country. Just as the Pelletiers could not take on this Goliath alone, neither can ANY of these other families.
THEY NEED YOU and your support.
