A Miracle for US

STOP taking OUR children – ALL children belong under the protective umbrella of loving parents.

Gov Rauner CAN FREE kidnapped children – Gov Patrick DID!

I water 1[PLEASE LISTEN TO THIS NOW! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FbjYIh09wlQ and read this later DCFS-CPS Tactics and Philosophy same as Nazi Germany ]

Tonight Isaiah Rider will turn 18.  Just think of what has been robbed from this young man already by a state he was in for 2 weeks before they kidnapped him.  They took over every facet of his life for the last 16 months.  Now they threaten to continue this for another year.  Another major milestone and right of passage again taken from him, not to mention HOPE.  How can a STATE do this?  What has gone wrong in America that this can happen.

The Governor CAN end this.  He doesn’t even have to interject himself into this saga, though he CAN.  All he has to do is issue a statement that clarifies that:  “At 18, Isaiah Rider is emancipated, and will no longer be under the control of the State of ILLINOIS!”

Isaiah wants his independence.  He has done nothing wrong yet has been treated as a criminal, sometimes worse, for the past 16 months.  Now he is threatened with arrest by IL DCFS for even contemplating being emancipated when he turns 18, tonight, August 27, 2015

1c telethonPlease call the Governor and ask that he make this statement on Isaiah TODAY.  Here are the phone #s – Call them all!

From a supporter:  Just called and had to leave a message. In it I asked Governor Rauner to release Isaiah from Illinois DCFS’ custody. He is turning 18, and as a legal adult, who has committed no crime, and who is a resident of Missouri, Isaiah should NOT continue to be under the jurisdiction he only visited for a medical procedure. I was polite and thanked him for his help. Will continue to pray for Isaiah to be set free very soon!

CPS NAMEGovernors have unilateral control over their child protection agencies, right down to who runs them.  All across the country these agencies are shown to be deficient if not outright in need of being abolished.  Yet little to nothing is done to change or fix them beyond a name change and a new person in charge despite the compelling need to do so.  Every time something goes egregiously wrong, and is exposed, the agency comes under criticism and scrutiny.  Then more money is demanded to “fix” it, but all that went on before continues uninterrupted, SEE:  CPS – Don’t let the name fool you!  Governors have the power to fix this.

The similarities of the Rider story to the more nationally known Justina Pelletier story

(For those unfamiliar with Justina’s story, SEE here, or here,   or here:   First, Do No Harm: How We Failed Justina Pelletier   or here:  Justina Pelletier placed in permanent custody of DCF…  or here: “Effective Wednesday, June 18, 2014, this care and protection petition is dismissed and custody of Justina is returned to her parents… or here: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2510404 or here: JUSTINA PELLETIER FOR PERSON OF THE YEAR or here:  Justina Pelletier’s legal nightmare should frighten all parents

justina-pelletier-665x385The respective states for both Justina, and Isaiah took over all medical care and decisions for these children, and as is allowed under Federal Law, both children in state custody were used for research and/or drug trials without their, or their parents’ consent.  In both cases the parents were not allowed any input during their children’s captivity.  In both cases, the parents and children were severely restricted in their visits.  In both cases, the children were subjected to harmful medical treatments that have caused life changing damage to them.

Both children were taken from “children’s” hospitals.

Both children were taken from different states than the states that took them and controlled their lives!

Both would spend the next 16 months under state custody.  Justina was freed after 16 months of public outrage and outcry, and Isaiah was quietly taken by IL DCFS during that that time.  HE IS STILL IN CAPTIVITY AND IT HAS NOW BEEN 16 MONTHS!

BOTH children would only suffer their REAL abuse and neglect while in state custody.

BOTH suffered real abuse and neglect far greater than anything they were exposed to before.

BOTH mothers were charged with “medical abuse” for following the diagnosis and treatment prescribed by doctors and experts.

BOTH attempted to move their children to a different hospital or doctor, and BOTH lost their children as a result.

Both were DENIED the proper medical care they required.

Both have seen their health decline as a result of the care they received by the state.

Both had/have Governors that remained silent while serious, likely permanent damage occurred.

Lou Pelletier “It’s David against Goliath. I am fighting the DCF and Harvard University – and their pockets are deeper than mine.”

And so the similarities continue between lonely Republicansthe two cases, except for one glaring difference. Massachusetts had a Democrat Governor, and Illinois, a Republican.  No one expects child abuse, or kidnapping to be partisan. Yet those who railed against Justina’s captivity and demanded her freedom were almost exclusively from the right side of the aisle.  Thus it was a surprise to many that the Democrat Governor was actually the one who would FREE Justina.

It was MA Reps Lyons and Lombardo, both Republicans, however, that led the charge, and were the most outspoken to FREE Justina.  They did everything from filing a bi-partisan Resolution (Pelletier Resolution As Filed), to attending vigils, rallies, and more.  They spearheaded the event at the State House where Justina’s father spoke while under an unconstitutional gag order that triggered much of the fire storm that went international.  ABOVE:  Republicans, Lombardo, Lyons, O’Connell, Diehl – from left to right – speaking out for Justina at a rally in front of the statehouse).

Illinois’ Governor is a Republican, but unlike the MA Reps that stood loud and strong for Parental Rights and to FREE JUSTINA, here is a chilling statement made just days ago by Rep Sara Feigenholtz, D-Chicago.

“We made a decision to make them wards of the state. That means we’re their parents.”

These words, and this thinking provide insight into the type of battle we are fighting, not just for Isaiah, but for all of our children.  In this video, MA Rep Lyons makes a powerful speech on the floor of the house for Justina, parental and human rights.  Obviously no parent/freedom loving/Constitution respecting person would ever regard the government’s raising of our children as anything but the worst possible scenario and tyranny, but such is the mindset of some in power.

It is hoped that Republican Governor Bruce Rauner puts children, families, and freedom first.  Until MA Gov Patrick was cornered (see below) he maintained Justina’s freedom was “in the courts”, and that he had no jurisdiction over “judges’ decisions”.  It is well-known, however, that the corner office oversees the agencies that promulgate the false accusations and misinformation that take children into state custody, and advance these cases in the court.  Those agencies are under the Executive Branch.  The public needs a more acute awareness that it is the embattled child protection agencies across the country that drag these cases through the courts, not the other way around.  The ultimate control of such is from the Executive Branch, i.e., the Governor’s Office, that has the complete ability to fix what’s broken, and send innocent children home – – – especially those treated worse than prisoners, who have committed no crime, who are from another state, and who should enjoy their full rights of emancipation that every other deserving 18 year old enjoys.

Massachusetts’ Governor finally did say the words that Justina should be sent home, and then took the action that lead to her being set free.  He did so in THIS video, which went viral almost instantly.  Within hours of this confrontation the family was contacted by the head of Health and Human Services, and a meeting was set up with the family and him the following day that set the course to return Justina to her family.

Isaiah is turning 18 at midnight.  Governor Rauner needs only to declare that

“At 18, Isaiah Rider is emancipated, and will no longer be under the control of the State of ILLINOIS!”

THE TIME IS NOW!

What are you waiting for Governor?

turquoiseNo human beings in the United States of America can stand by idle while these atrocities are committed against families, especially when the remedy is as straight forward as simple as caring and doing what is right.
