ALARMING UPDATE on Alabama STATE SPONSORED KIDNAPPING.

We don’t need to remind those involved in this fight, that this is happening all over the country, but there are far too many that still don’t know about it, or believe it. This story has gone viral on social media in large part because Medical Kidnap Journalist Terri LaPoint was on the scene at the time of the kidnap. She reports that up to the time of this writing, there is “no paperwork, court order, warrant, or removal papers”. You read that right! When Government/CPS wants your child(ren), they can do and say whatever they want, right up to the day they forcefully adopt those children away from you to strangers.  There is no transparency, no accountability, and the taxpayer funded government has all the resources and the power.  Families are virtually helpless when their children are taken, and public defenders paid for by the state, rarely return phone calls to the parents, let alone defend them to get their kids back.  The old adage, ‘You can’t fight city hall’ is true, but nothing compared to fighting the government/state/Child ‘Protective’ Services, (CPS), for your children.

In the #ReturnBabyBraelon case, where is local media? They rarely get involved, and even when they do, the “other side” of the story is concealed under the auspices of “protecting” the confidentiality of the child. This helps fuel the rumors and false narrative that encourages the longstanding, erroneous belief that everybody wants to embrace, “there must be more to the story” and “the government would never take children from their parents without good reason”. That fallacy could be proved wrong all day long if there was any transparency in this plague of child trafficking disguised as child protection. And, if there was any accountability, you would see more firings and prosecutions of people involved with CPS,
than you would parents losing their children with NO CONVICTIONS or due process of law to forced adoption!  STOP Forced Adoptions!

Here are the facts as known about Baby Braelon at this time.

There was no paperwork, court order, warrant, or removal papers at the time the baby was ripped from the arms of his mother, 2 days after birth. Anyone legitimately concerned for this child’s well being would have allowed for this newborn to continue bonding and breastfeeding, and not cause such trauma to both mother and child.  At the time of the removal, the baby was surrounded by loving and nurturing family as well as professionals in the area of childbirth who were 100% committed to supporting this child.  

Health Impact News has updated their story with some facts to dispel the rumors circulating:  Alabama Child Protective Services Steals New-born Breast-feeding Baby from Rape Victim While Still at the Hospital  “The accused rapist is NOT a family member … A DHR social worker told the family that they are investigating several other reports of the 19 year old alleged rapist raping other underage girls. The grandparents have been approved by DHR to care for their grandchildren, and if their home was unsafe, why have the other grandchildren been allowed to remain in the home until now?”

AND NOW IT GETS WORSE, MUCH, MUCH WORSE!

The 14 year old mother and her twin brother have now been seized by DHR. A tearful Dee Prince called at about 6 pm on Thursday to report that DHR and the police were on their way to take the twins. She had no idea why. When they arrived, the family asked for a court order or warrant. There was none. It was reportedly a “DHR order.” Could this be retaliation for the story going viral and putting pressure on DHR?

The young post-partum mother was permitted to pack a few things, but her twin brother was not permitted to pack anything at all. They were both quite upset and didn’t want to leave their family.

A police officer present at the scene reportedly told the boy that, if he didn’t get in the car, he would taze him. The boy was not even privy to the reason he was being taken, much less was he a criminal, yet this Alabaster police officer was willing to risk the child’s life in order to place him in “child protective” custody. (See link to taser dangers here.) He left in just his shorts and a T-shirt.

Though the DHR social worker promised that the twins would not be separated, they were taken away in different vehicles.

Mrs. Prince asked for the social worker’s name, but she refused to give her full name. She told her:  You’ll find out all you need to know in court tomorrow.

An observer on the scene was able to locate the worker on Facebook and identify her as Adrianna Carter.

 

Just as before, the social worker had insisted that she speak to the minors alone, without their guardians present.

Later in the evening, the family got news of the single bright spot in their whole nightmare of the past 2 days – the young mother was reunited with her baby, and was able to breastfeed him.  However, she will not be able to attend either of her own hearings tomorrow – neither the one for her newborn son at 1 pm, nor the one for her and her twin brother at 9 am. The twins were, indeed, separated.

Public outrage and exposure may be the only thing that helps or saves this family.  People are swarming the Governor’s page, and he ironically posts this:
